What are the career options for the graduates of Medicine?

Although graduates of the Faculty of Medicine mostly become medical doctors, they may pursue other career opportunities.

Those who pass the Examination for Specialty in Medicine (TUS) can work in public and private hospitals, or open their own practice.
They can pursue an academic career at universities by doing a Master’s Degree.
They can do marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
They can also work in research centres or R&D centres.
