Application Requirements For Master's and Doctoral Programs:

For Master's Programs, students in their final year of undergraduate studies or graduates, and for Doctoral Programs, graduates of Master's programs may benefit from our university's international student quota. Click here to apply.

Candidates meeting the following criteria can apply for our respective quota:

1. Foreign national students

2. Citizens meeting the following sub-criteria:

   a. Those who acquired Turkish citizenship through birth and are permitted by the Ministry of Interior Affairs to renounce their citizenship for themselves and their children

   b. Those who have applied to renounce Turkish citizenship

   c. Those with documents proving rights recognized by Law No. 5203

3. Individuals with dual citizenship who subsequently acquired Turkish citizenship

Required Documents for Online Application:

1. Bachelor's diploma or graduation certificate

2. Bachelor's transcript

3. Copy of passport

4. Language proficiency exam result (if available)

5. Turkish ID card or "Mavi Kart" (if applicable)

Required Documents for Registration:

1. Original diploma

2. Original transcript

3. Recognition certificate

4. Equivalency certificate (for Health Programs)

5. Copy of passport

6. 4 passport-sized photographs

7. Language proficiency exam result (if available)

8. Turkish ID card or "Mavi Kart" (if applicable)

Notes:

1. Applicants for Doctoral Programs must upload their Bachelor's and Master's Diploma and Transcript during the application process.

2. Diploma and transcript documents must be presented in Turkish or English. If your diploma and/or transcript are in another language, you can translate them into English or Turkish through notaries or Turkey's diplomatic missions abroad.

3. If the applicant has not yet graduated, they can submit an official letter from their current educational institution stating their expected graduation date instead of the diploma.

4. The Recognition Certificate can be obtained from the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Click here to apply for the Recognition Certificate.

5. The Equivalency Certificate is a document issued by YÖK confirming that the education received in the applicant's country is equivalent to that provided in Turkey. This document is only required for students applying to health and medical fields. Click here to apply for the Equivalency Certificate.

6. Applicants to Turkish programs must demonstrate their language proficiency by submitting the TÖMER (B2) exam and certificate.
