Archive System for Examination Documents

In the fall and spring terms of the academic year, the exam document delivery reports (7-item APPENDIX 1) for the courses of our academicians will be filled out via the “Examination Document Archive System” and printed out for signature.

To access the system, log in to the “Examination Document Archive System” on the Library web page and use the “Archive Services / Examination Documents” data input screen. The reports are filled in on the system for each course, printed out, signed, and delivered to the Archive Department together with the exam documents.

The passwords of our academicians who have previously logged in to the system are valid.

Academicians who forget their passwords should send an e-mail to arsiv@beykent.edu.tr stating that they have forgotten their passwords.

The account information of the academicians who will log in to the Examination Document Archive System for the first time is provided in the sent guidelines.

Note: After changing the password, users must log out of the system and log in again.
